进口自力式温度调节阀（美国威盾VTON），Self-temperature control valve，也叫进口自力式温控阀，自力式温度控制阀，是指利用液体受热膨胀及液体不可压缩的原理实现自动调节，感温液体膨胀，作用力克服弹簧阻力，推动阀芯移动，调节阀芯开度，控制节奏流量，从而达到控制流量温度的调节阀。

Self operated temperature control valve (VTON), also known as imported self operated temperature control valve or self operated temperature control valve, refers to a regulating valve that uses the principle of liquid thermal expansion and incompressibility to achieve automatic regulation. It senses the expansion of the liquid, overcomes spring resistance, drives the valve core to move, adjusts the opening of the valve core, controls the flow rate, and thus achieves control of flow and temperature.

三、进口自力式温度调节阀工作原理

美国威盾VTON自力式温度调节阀按用途可分为：加热用温度调节阀、冷却用温度调节阀、三通合流温度调节阀、三通分流温度调节阀。

自力式温度控制阀的工作原理都是利用感温液体受热膨胀、遇冷收缩及液体不可压缩的原理进行调节。下面以加热用温度调节阀为例，结合工作原理示意图说明其工作过程：将温度传感器插入被控介质中，当被控介质温度升高时，感温液体膨胀，作用力克服弹簧阻力，推动阀芯向下移动，阀门趋于关闭，从而减少热媒介质流量；反之，当被控介质温度低于设定值时，感温液体收缩，弹簧复位推动阀芯开启，增加热媒介质流量，使被控介质温度趋于升高。循环往复，从而使被控介质温度始终保持在设定温度值的允许范围内。

The working principle of self operated temperature control valves is to regulate the temperature sensing liquid by utilizing the principles of thermal expansion, contraction when cooled, and incompressibility of the liquid. Taking the temperature regulating valve for heating as an example, combined with the working principle diagram, the working process is explained: insert a temperature sensor into the controlled medium. When the temperature of the controlled medium rises, the temperature sensing liquid expands, and the force overcomes the resistance of the spring, pushing the valve core to move downwards. The valve tends to close, thereby reducing the flow rate of the heating medium; On the contrary, when the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid contracts, and the spring returns to push the valve core open, increasing the flow rate of the thermal medium and causing the temperature of the controlled medium to tend to rise. Cycle back and forth to maintain the temperature of the controlled medium within the allowable range of the set temperature value.
