一、进口三通法兰球阀概述

进口三通法兰球阀（美国威盾VTON），Three way flange ball valve，也叫法兰三通球阀，三通不锈钢球阀，T型三通球阀，L型三通球阀，是指由三个通道的球阀，球体上有T型或者L型的通孔，可实现对介质的分类或者合流，和换向的作用的球阀。三通球阀有T形三通球阀和L形三通球阀。

T形三通球阀能使三条正交的管道相互联通和切断第三条通道，起分流、合流作用。

L形三通只能连接相互正交的两条管道，起换向分配作用。

适用于液体、气体、粉体等介质的汇合、分流及分配，适用于石油、化工、电力等企业部门输送各种气体、液体、粉体等介质的管道、储罐、容器设备上汇合或分流装置。

二、进口三通球阀原理

阀门按流通形式分为“L型”（3位2通）、“T型”（3位2通）两种类型。其中“L型”可实现对介质流向进行如‘图A’的两种切换功能；“T型”可实现对介质的分流或混流，如‘图B’的四种切换功能。可按工况要求选择其中一种。

2、三通球芯分T形和L形，使用寿命长，流通能力大，阻力小。

3、气动三通球阀按作用式分单作用和双作用两种型式，单作用式的特点是一旦动力源发生故障时，球阀将处于控制系统要求的状态。

4、面阀座的密封型式，法兰联接少，可靠性高，设计实现了轻量化。

5、阀座采用PTFE材料，阀门的启团力小，开关轻便。
