一、进口直埋式全焊接球阀概述

进口直埋式全焊接球阀（美国威盾VTON），Buried fully welded ball valve，也叫埋地式全焊接球阀，埋地式加长杆焊接球阀，直埋式焊接式球阀，针对现代城市里面的车辆及行人通行密集，道路的情况也非常复杂的特点，美国威盾VTON专门研发了采用全焊接球阀，可以直着深埋地下，带加长杆开关，不用建高大型阀门井，只需在地面上设置小型浅井，操作者不需要进入地下，只需在地上进行传动操作即可对球阀进行开关操作。

Buried fully welded ball valve (VTON), also known as buried fully welded ball valve, buried extended rod welded ball valve, and directly buried welded ball valve, is specially developed by VTON to meet the characteristics of dense vehicle and pedestrian traffic and complex road conditions in modern cities. VTON can be buried directly and deeply underground with extended rod switch, without the need to build a large valve well. Only a small shallow well needs to be set up on the ground, and the operator does not need to enter the ground. The ball valve can be opened and closed by transmission operation on the ground.

二、进口直埋式全焊接球阀特点

1、直埋式全焊接球阀可以直埋于地下，无需建造高大阀门井，以减少工程造价，在此同时也可以避免操作阀门时造成人员的伤害。

2、直埋式全焊接球阀打开时，阀球把阀座完全包围，尽管介质有杂质也冲刷不到阀座及球体密封面，由于这种特殊结构使阀门密闭性与管道具有相同寿命。

3、关闭的直埋式焊接球阀介质静止对球体及密封阀座产生损害，打开的过程球体又把介质静止时沉积下来的杂物刮掉，阀座下有弹簧补偿对压力和温度的变化有补偿作用，保证不会产生任何泄露。

4、直埋式全焊接球阀可以直接焊于管道节省了法兰、螺丝、垫片，节约大量物质资源。

5、阀杆防飞结构：在阀杆下部设置台阶，从阀体内部下装阀杆，防止阀杆飞出。

6、可根据管道的施工及设计要求，调整阀体的长短和阀杆的高度。
