进口气动对夹蝶阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic wafer butterfly valve，也叫气动对夹式蝶阀，气动对夹铸铁蝶阀，气动对夹不锈钢蝶阀，气动球墨铸铁蝶阀，由气动执行器和对夹式蝶阀阀体组成，以压缩空气为动力，阀杆带动阀芯在阀体内转动90℃，可以实现全开——全闭的动作的蝶阀。分为气动软密封蝶阀和气动硬密封蝶阀，气动软密封蝶阀适用于密封要求较高的常温常压介质，气动硬密封蝶阀适用于较高温高压，带杂质的场合。

气动蝶阀配行程限位开关、电磁阀、三联件及0.3-0.8MPa气源可实现开关操作，并送出二对无源触点信号指示阀门的开关。

气动蝶阀与电气定位器配套，输入4-20mADC信号及0.3-0.8MPa气源即可实现智能控制，实现对压力、流量、温度、液位等参数的调节。

可广泛应用于石油、化工、轻工、制药、造纸、汽车等工业自动控制系统中作远距离集中控制或就地控制。

Pneumatic wafer butterfly valve, also known as pneumatic wafer butterfly valve, pneumatic wafer cast iron butterfly valve, pneumatic wafer stainless steel butterfly valve, pneumatic ductile iron butterfly valve, consists of a pneumatic actuator and a wafer butterfly valve body, powered by compressed air. The valve stem drives the valve core to rotate 90 ℃ inside the valve body, achieving a fully open to fully closed action. It is divided into pneumatic soft seal butterfly valves and pneumatic hard seal butterfly valves. Pneumatic soft seal butterfly valves are suitable for sealing medium with high sealing requirements at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, while pneumatic hard seal butterfly valves are suitable for situations with high temperature and high pressure and impurities.

The pneumatic butterfly valve is equipped with a travel limit switch, solenoid valve, triple piece and 0.3-0.8MPa air source to achieve switch operation, and sends two pairs of passive contact signals to indicate the opening and closing of the valve.

The pneumatic butterfly valve is matched with an electrical locator, and intelligent control can be achieved by inputting a 4-20mADC signal and a 0.3-0.8MPa air source, which can adjust parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level.

It can be widely used in industrial automatic control systems such as petroleum, chemical, light industry, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, and automobiles for remote centralized control or on-site control.
