进口气动硬密封蝶阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve，也叫气动三偏心蝶阀，气动硬密封法兰蝶阀，气动硬密封对夹蝶阀，由气动执行器和硬密封蝶阀组成，以压缩空气为动力，阀杆带动阀芯在阀体内转动90℃，可以实现全开——全闭的动作的蝶阀。配定位器，还可以实现对介质智能的调节。

Pneumatic hard seal butterfly valve (VTON), also known as pneumatic triple eccentric butterfly valve, pneumatic hard seal flange butterfly valve, pneumatic hard seal clamp butterfly valve, consists of a pneumatic actuator and a hard seal butterfly valve, powered by compressed air. The valve stem rotates the valve core 90 ℃ inside the valve body to achieve a fully open to fully closed action. Equipped with a locator, it can also achieve intelligent adjustment of the medium.

二、进口气动硬密封蝶阀的产品特征

1、气动硬密封蝶阀，流体阻力小，密封面受冲击侵蚀小，不改变介质流向，不扰流，压降小，启闭力矩小，工艺性能好和适用的压力、温度范围广。

2、气动硬密封蝶阀采用三偏心斜锥面密封，利用蝶板摆动接触密封、密封启闭无磨损，关闭时具有越关越紧，密封性能越可靠，开启确保密封面完全脱离接触，确保密封面不损伤。

3、气动硬密封蝶阀开启时，蝶板与阀座在关闭时瞬间接触，利用蝶板偏心1、偏心2迅速脱离阀座，降低了密封副的磨损，磨擦力矩小，开启灵活。偏心锥面3使阀门在开启或关闭时蝶板能通过阀座内孔，实现接触密封。另外，锥形蝶板的旋转半径大于密封副接触位置的旋转半径，故蝶板在阀门关闭时将出现越关越紧，能够实现自锁，防止蝶板过位。

4、气动硬密封蝶阀密封面选择D507Mo和钴基硬质合金等材料制作，具有耐腐蚀、耐高温、使用寿命长的特点，克服了高温使用时热膨胀阀门易泄漏的缺点。

5、气动硬密封蝶阀蝶板密封圈采用软硬层叠式金属片，它具有弹性密封和软硬多层次密封兼容的双重特点，无论在抗腐蚀、耐高温的情况下，均有良好的密封性。

6、气动硬密封蝶阀安装双作用气动执行器和二位五通电磁换向阀，可以控制阀门的开和关；安装单作用气动执行器和二位三通电磁换向阀，不但可以控制阀门的开和关，而且能在气源发生故障时，阀门会自动停在预设的开或关的安全位置。

3. When the pneumatic hard sealed butterfly valve is opened, the butterfly plate and valve seat make instant contact when closed. By using the eccentricity of the butterfly plate 1 and 2 to quickly detach from the valve seat, the wear of the sealing pair is reduced, the friction torque is small, and the opening is flexible. Eccentric conical surface 3 enables the butterfly plate to pass through the inner hole of the valve seat and achieve contact sealing when the valve is opened or closed. In addition, the rotation radius of the conical butterfly plate is greater than the rotation radius of the contact position of the sealing pair, so the butterfly plate will become tighter and tighter when the valve is closed, which can achieve self-locking and prevent the butterfly plate from being over positioned.

4. The sealing surface of the pneumatic hard sealed butterfly valve is made of materials such as D507Mo and cobalt based hard alloy, which have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and long service life, overcoming the disadvantage of easy leakage of thermal expansion valves during high-temperature use.

5. The sealing ring of the pneumatic hard sealed butterfly valve butterfly plate adopts a soft and hard layered metal sheet, which has the dual characteristics of elastic sealing and compatibility with soft and hard multi-level sealing. It has good sealing performance regardless of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

6. The pneumatic hard sealed butterfly valve is equipped with a double acting pneumatic actuator and a two position five way electromagnetic directional valve, which can control the opening and closing of the valve; Installing a single acting pneumatic actuator and a two position three-way electromagnetic directional valve not only controls the opening and closing of the valve, but also automatically stops the valve in the preset safe position when the air source fails.
