一、进口气动衬氟蝶阀产品概述

进口气动衬氟蝶阀（美国威盾VTON），Pneumatic fluorine butterfly valve，也叫气动四氟蝶阀，气动全衬蝶阀，气动衬聚四氟乙烯蝶阀，是指由气动执行器和衬氟蝶阀组成，衬氟蝶阀采用对分两片阀体组合，阀座与阀体内衬一体化，阀门工作时，只有全塑阀座与衬塑蝶板与介质接触，产品可承受“除熔融碱金属和元素氟”外的任何介质腐蚀，阀杆与蝶板（锻）为一体，表面均匀包覆一层FEP。阀体通道内表面光滑，流体阻力小，CV值高，流通能力强，扭矩适中，采用四级密封结构并在密封面外配以耐温抗老化的SI橡胶的弹性衬垫阀座，完全达到介质的零泄漏。安装双作用气动执行器和二位五通电磁换向阀，可以控制阀门的开和关；安装单作用气动执行器和二位三通电磁换向阀，不但可以控制阀门的开和关，而且能在气源发生故障时，阀门会自动停在预设的开或关的安全位置。

Pneumatic fluorine lined butterfly valve (VTON), also known as pneumatic PTFE butterfly valve, pneumatic full lined butterfly valve, pneumatic PTFE lined butterfly valve, refers to a valve composed of a pneumatic actuator and a fluorine lined butterfly valve. The fluorine lined butterfly valve adopts a combination of two halves of the valve body, and the valve seat is integrated with the valve body lining. When the valve is in operation, only the full plastic valve seat and the lined plastic butterfly plate come into contact with the medium. The product can withstand any medium corrosion except for molten alkali metal and elemental fluorine. The valve stem and butterfly plate (forged) are integrated, and the surface is uniformly coated with a layer of FEP. The inner surface of the valve body channel is smooth, the fluid resistance is small, the CV value is high, the flow capacity is strong, and the torque is moderate. The four stage sealing structure is adopted, and the temperature resistant and anti-aging SI rubber elastic gasket valve seat is equipped outside the sealing surface, completely achieving zero leakage of the medium. Install a dual acting pneumatic actuator and a two position five way electromagnetic directional valve, which can control the opening and closing of the valve; Installing a single acting pneumatic actuator and a two position three-way electromagnetic directional valve not only controls the opening and closing of the valve, but also automatically stops the valve in the preset safe position when the air source fails.
