威盾VTON的冷媒增压泵，Refrigerant booster pump，是双作用液体增压泵。专门设计的换向阀与泵体装配在一起，自动换向，驱动活塞往复运动一次，完成两次吸入与高压排出。驱动缸、缸盖采用铝合金型材加工，材质致密，避免微裂纹压力损失，外形整洁美观。

冷媒增压泵的道理是基于驱动活塞和加压活塞面积比差别的高压,归因于气动加压产品,不过凭据冷媒,冷媒的物理特征,缸体质料的选定304不锈钢氧化处分,密封圈选定聚四氟乙烯和少许低柔顺耐磨性和侵蚀性质料。

The specially designed directional valve is assembled with the pump body, automatically reversing and driving the piston to reciprocate once, completing two suction and high-pressure discharge operations. The drive cylinder and cylinder head are processed with aluminum alloy profiles, which are dense in material, avoiding micro crack pressure loss, and have a clean and beautiful appearance.

The principle of refrigerant booster pump is based on the high pressure caused by the difference in the area ratio between the driving piston and the pressurizing piston, which is attributed to pneumatic pressurization products. However, based on the physical characteristics of the refrigerant, 304 stainless steel oxidation treatment is selected for the cylinder body material, and polytetrafluoroethylene and a small amount of low flexibility, wear resistance, and corrosive materials are selected for the sealing ring.
